Brecon mountain Railway scenic trip on a historic live steam train.
The crannog at Lake Llangorse. This ancient “floating island” is one of the very few left in Britain. It can be visited, together with an authentically reconstructed one on the edge of the lake.
The spectacular Dan-yr-Ogof caves and dinosaur park. The National Showcave Centre is really impressive.

Walking and Cycling
We have maps and guides, drying room, first aid kit, puncture repair kit, dry cycle storage, and outdoor cycle wash. We are recognised by the Welsh Tourist Board as “Walker and cyclist friendly”.
Cycles can also be hired in Brecon.
