Plas-Y-Ffynnon is about 2 miles (3km) North-West of Brecon.
Take the Cradoc Road (sign-posted to Cradoc and Golf Club)
this road is off Ship Street between the library and the river Usk bridge.
Continue through Cradoc, and follow the sign for Battle,
passing the school on the left hand side.
Battle is about 500 yards (500m) from the school.
Plas-Y-Ffynnon is the second house on the right hand side
approximately 100 yards (100m) after the village sign.
